RUN DOWN: Need a TM for a Rock Band on a Support Run

TOUR DATES: Travel to Memphis 5/7 | Tour 5/8 - 6/8 | Travel home - 6/7

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL REQUIRED: Yes, US and one Canadian date

TYPE OF VENUES: Club dates 1000 cap

TRAVELING IN: Bus with Trailer

HOTELS: Solo hotel rooms on days off

PRODUCTION CARRIED: Full Backline and Merch Only

THE CREW: 5 piece band + 4 crew TM, FOH, Backline Tech, Merch Seller and bus driver

THE VIBE: Band are all male between early 50's and mid 60's and all toured together for 20+ years. Crew are between 40 and 50 and have been with the band for 12+ years. They have the way they like to tour down to a science. Practical jokes are guaranteed. Some band and crew drink during and after the show, some are totally sober. This is a very light TM gig, but you will need to do the basic TM stuff and keep the guys happy with what they expect in the green room and on the bus. The TM on the last few runs will give you lots of notes to make your run go smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Booking all flights for crew into and out of Memphis, bus driver hotels, day off hotels

Advancing hospo, run of show, bus parking, etc. with venues

Working with tour headliner TM on logistics

Settling the show

Handling Guest List

Handing out cash per diem everyday

Keeping track of expenses/payments received/end of tour report

BUDGET: $350/ day + $25 PD + All flights and baggage covered by tour

YOUR BACKGROUND:

The TM should have toured as a TM on a bus and trailer tour before. Must have experience taking a tour into and out of Canada on a bus. Can be from anywhere in the U.S. Must have a solid road report template and accounting skills. 

DAYS OFF:

The guys really keep to themselves on off days. Catching up on sleep, working on other projects, thrift shopping, coffee shops. This is a really chill group of guys.
