Must own a pair of iem’s (custom molds or pro level generics). must have at least some touring experience with extensive travel. these tours will require a lot of travel and a lot of physical activity. you will need to be able to walk long distances, pick up and carry heavy things and know how to pack a trailer and direct stage hands. you will be growing with the team, so basic instrument and set up knowledge is required, but some things like patching and basic audio can be taught.
